Data collected

This site collects personal data only through the contact form:

• first and last name;
• job title;
• company;
• work email address;
• telephone number (optional);
• size of the executive board (optional);
• the content of your message.

No data is collected without your knowledge. The site sets no advertising cookies and carries out no cross-site tracking.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to propose an audit. The legal basis is your consent, collected explicitly through the tick box on the form.

Retention period

Three years from the last contact, in line with the French data protection authority's recommendation on business to business prospecting. After that period, the data is deleted.

Recipients

The data is processed by JUMP SAS and is never transferred or sold to third parties.

A single technical processor is involved: Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States), which provides both the hosting of the site and the receipt of enquiries sent through the contact form. No emailing tool, no analytics service and no advertising network receives your data.

Transfer outside the European Union. Netlify is a United States company: the data transits and is stored in the United States. Netlify states that it frames these transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (implementing decision (EU) 2021/914). These commitments appear in its data processing agreement and in its privacy policy.

Enquiries received through the form are exported and then deleted from the Netlify interface once they have been dealt with, so that they do not accumulate there.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@performancejump.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

If, having contacted us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and analytics

This site is static and sets no non-essential cookies. No consent is therefore required to browse it.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form is encrypted in transit.
