Executive board training

Lift the performance and resilience of your company

JUMP@ is a group training method built for executive boards. It brings together applied neuroscience and the mental preparation of elite sport to act where performance is actually decided: the way your leadership team makes decisions, communicates and holds up over time. That is precisely what artificial intelligence does not take over.

A method created 10 years ago Co-founded by Camille Lacourt

In 40 seconds

Ludovic and Camille explain

The two founders set out the approach: what goes into preparing a champion’s mindset, what goes into preparing that of an executive board, and how a JUMP programme unfolds.

The stakes

What an exhausted leadership team costs

Disengagement, turnover and absenteeism cost 14,840 euros per employee per year in France. That is the latest figure published by the IBET index, and it rose by 12% in a year. This cost does not start at the bottom of the organisation chart. It starts at the top.

75% of company directors report feeling stressed every week, 36% every day (Choiseul study, 2025)
9 in 10 see that stress having a direct effect on their company’s performance

An executive board under strain makes slower decisions, communicates less well, and passes that strain on to the whole organisation.

What the companies we have worked with have seen over ten years

  • a fall in absenteeism and in stress levels;
  • a rise in team engagement;
  • better productivity and cohesion;
  • stronger leadership and internal communication;
  • growth in revenue and net margins.

These are observations from companies we have worked with, not a guarantee of results.

What AI changes

Artificial intelligence has shifted value towards human skills

In two years, AI has entered companies through analysis, reporting, synthesis and the production of documents. Those are exactly the tasks a leadership team relied on to demonstrate its worth. They no longer demonstrate it.

The World Economic Forum estimates that 39% of the key skills in the labour market will have changed by 2030. In its ranking of the fastest growing skills, AI and technical skills come first, and immediately behind them come creative thinking, resilience, flexibility and agility, leadership and social influence.

For an executive board, the consequence fits in one sentence. The first list can be bought, outsourced and updated. The second cannot be delegated.

What AI does not take over in an executive board

  • making judgement calls under uncertainty, when the data does not settle it;
  • reading the real state of a team behind what is said in the meeting;
  • carrying an unpopular decision and holding to it over time;
  • defusing a conflict between two departments that have stopped talking;
  • making people want to follow, which no dashboard has ever produced.

Emotional intelligence, the least substitutable leadership skill

Those five situations have one thing in common: they play out in emotions, your own and other people's. That is the definition of emotional intelligence: recognising what you feel, taking it into account in a decision, and reading what others feel accurately enough to act on it.

Long filed away as a nice-to-have, it has become the hardest leadership skill to replace, at the exact moment everything else becomes assistable. Soft skills are no longer an add-on to the job of running a company. They are its core.

And they can be trained. That is exactly what the JUMP@ method has done for ten years, well before AI made the point impossible to avoid.

Two overlapping circles: structure and energy

The principle

Performance lies in the balance of the brain

The two hemispheres of the brain are often used as a metaphor for two complementary modes of operation in human performance.

The left hemisphere

Structured and analytical. Logic, organisation, figures, planning, problem solving. This is rational steering.

The right hemisphere

Intuition, creativity, the whole picture, emotion, energy. Imagining, innovating, sensing a collective movement, mobilising motivation and inspiration.

Most executive boards are excellent at the first. They have dashboards, plans, indicators. And they are surprised that nothing moves.

It is also, now, the ground where AI assists them best, and therefore where they stand out least. The second mode remains entirely theirs.

JUMP consists in building a bridge between these two modes. Lasting performance comes neither from strategy alone, nor from motivation alone.

It appears when structure and energy move forward together.

Understanding the method and neuroleadership

The method

JUMP@, four stages

JUMP@ is a four-stage method, created ten years ago and applied in companies ever since. Each letter corresponds to a level of work, from the most individual to the most collective, and the programme goes through them in order.

Judging myself clearly

  • Managing stress and mental fatigue
  • Sharpening focus
  • Building confidence and motivation
  • Breaking out of limiting mental patterns

Understanding others

  • Developing emotional intelligence
  • Improving communication and relationships
  • Handling conflict and crisis better
  • Balancing personal and working life

Management and leadership

  • Finding meaning and setting objectives
  • Building an effective strategy
  • Making the most of skills and moving to action
  • Making the right decisions

Permanence

  • Anchoring what has been learnt over the long term
  • Applying simple, concrete exercises
  • Changing the way you operate, for good

The method in detail

The founders

Two paths, one conviction

Portrait of Camille Lacourt, co-founder of JUMP

Camille Lacourt

Co-founder and trainer

Five-time world swimming champion. After his sporting career, Camille Lacourt devoted himself to passing on what elite sport taught him: managing stress, mental preparation, leadership and mental health at work.

At JUMP he is a co-founder, and he trains. This is not a celebrity endorsement: he runs the sessions, he teaches, he works with executive boards. What he passes on, he practised for fifteen years at a level where the gap between two athletes comes down to the mind.

Camille Lacourt in business

Portrait of Ludovic Savariello, creator of the JUMP@ method

Ludovic Savariello

Co-founder and creator of the method

An engineering graduate of École Centrale, and an entrepreneur. He began his career in large French groups, among them Thales, then founded several companies, including a property business turning over more than 40 million euros a year.

Trained in neuroscience and mental optimisation techniques, he created the JUMP@ method ten years ago. He now passes it on to companies, to company directors and to elite athletes.

He has run a mid-sized company. He knows what an executive board that is going nowhere looks like.

The programme

How a programme unfolds

A JUMP programme is built in five stages, tailored to you. It always begins with an audit, never with off-the-shelf content.

  1. Audit

    A department by department assessment: each member of the executive board is audited within their own. This is where the starting indicators are identified.

  2. Adaptation

    Tailoring the method to what the audit found, so that JUMP@ serves the transformation of your company and not someone else’s.

  3. Rollout

    An iOS and Android app carrying the method, with individual pathways. Leads inside your company, or provided externally, to steer performance.

  4. Momentum and follow-up

    From the launch, with internal communication to match, through in-company challenges, to tracking how things evolve. We stay alongside you.

  5. Meeting the objectives

    Checking that the objectives set at the audit have been met, and that the change has held.

Who for

Which companies

JUMP is for companies with a constituted executive board, usually between 4 and 15 people. There is no revenue threshold and no minimum company size.

Two conditions matter: a company director genuinely committed to the process (a programme the chief executive excuses themselves from does not work) and clearly shared out areas of responsibility within the team.

The person who approaches us is, depending on the case, the chief executive, the HR director, the training director, or the board as a whole.

Qualiopi, certified process — French Republic

La certification qualité a été délivrée au titre de la catégorie d'action suivante : actions de formation.

In English: the quality certification was issued for the following category of activity, training activities. This is the single category JUMP is certified for.

Issued by ICPF

Certified training provider

What Qualiopi guarantees

Qualiopi is a French state certification, awarded after an independent audit against seven criteria, from how the public is informed through to how complaints are handled. It attests that our training processes are defined, measured and corrected over time.

It certifies processes, not content. No auditor has judged whether the JUMP@ method is any good: that is not their role. What was checked is that we know how to set an objective, adapt it to an audience, measure what was achieved and handle a complaint. It is a guarantee of rigour, not a label of teaching quality.

For you, it changes two concrete things.

Access to funding. Since 1 January 2022, only Qualiopi certified providers can draw on French public and pooled training funds: OPCO, France Travail, the regions, the Caisse des dépôts. Without this certification, a JUMP programme could only be funded from your own budget.

A guarantee you can check. The certificate is public, the audit is repeated periodically, and the certification can be suspended or withdrawn. You can verify it yourself: the certificate is freely available below.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most

How much does training an executive board cost?

The budget depends on eight main factors: the number of participants, the length of the programme, the number of days of group training, whether Camille Lacourt takes part, whether the app is rolled out, the choice between internal and external leads, the length of the follow-up, and how widely the team is spread geographically. Every programme is quoted individually, after a first conversation about your needs, and broken down step by step: audit, training, follow-up, review.

We do not publish a price because two executive boards of the same size can have very different needs: a headline figure would be wrong in most cases. The cost factors in detail

How is AI changing what is expected of an executive board?

AI now handles analysis, reporting, synthesis and the production of documents. What remains distinctive in a leadership team is human: making judgement calls under uncertainty, reading the real state of a team, carrying an unpopular decision, defusing a conflict, making people want to follow. These cannot be delegated to a tool.

The World Economic Forum ranks creative thinking, resilience, flexibility, leadership and social influence just behind technical skills among the fastest growing skills to 2030. For an executive board, that means soft skills and emotional intelligence become the real advantage. How they are trained

What is the difference between individual coaching and group training for an executive board?

Individual coaching supports one person on their own issues. Group training works on how a team operates: shared vocabulary, shared rules, the relationships between members. Both are useful, but coaching the chief executive alone does not change how their board works.

JUMP offers a third option: a group format with individual work built into it. Each member follows a personalised pathway in the app, and the collective is built face to face. It is the only way to handle both levels without separating them.

Does Camille Lacourt really train, or is this a celebrity endorsement?

He genuinely trains. Camille Lacourt is a co-founder of JUMP SAS and works hands on: he runs the sessions and works directly with executive boards.

What he actually brings

How long does a JUMP programme last?

Group training for the executive board runs two to four days, with every member present. It is followed by individual support for each member, lasting six months to a year. The exact length is agreed with you before the quote, according to your objectives and what your board can realistically commit to.

We do not offer a one-day format. Learning that is not reactivated fades: compressing a programme into a single date would mean selling an effect we know to be temporary.

What happens after the training? How do you avoid the effect wearing off?

That is the fourth stage of the method, Permanence, and it is treated as a stage in its own right rather than an optional extra. It rests on two things: the mobile app, which reactivates learning at spaced intervals, and internal or external leads who keep the momentum going day to day.

Learning that is not reactivated decays: that is how memory normally works. What that means in practice
